Stewards Unlimited is a mission-driven consultancy helping farms and food businesses access public funding, improve financial management, and build stronger, more resilient organizations.

We’re a small, collaborative team that enjoys solving complex problems alongside farmers, processors, cooperatives, food entrepreneurs, and other organizations making a meaningful impact in agriculture.

Bookkeeping & Grant Management Specialist

Full-time equivalent | Independent contractor | Remote

Help farms and food businesses strengthen their financial systems and successfully manage grant-funded projects. This role combines hands-on bookkeeping, financial coaching, grant reimbursement support, and strategic advising.

We’re looking for someone with strong QuickBooks Online experience, an understanding of agricultural or food businesses, and an interest in helping clients use better financial information to make stronger decisions.

Anticipated compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually
Anticipated start date: August 2026
